1. Time and price

When you book an hour massage you GET an hour massage. Any extra time we use for setting up, preparing the table and time we need afterwards will not be charged. The price will be the price stated on the website; this includes transport costs. (No extra transport costs will be charged)

2. Work conditions

The accommodation needs to be spacious enough to set up the massage table. It needs to be possible for the therapist to move freely around the table.

3. Payment

We only accept cash payments.

4. Massage in hotels with spa

If your hotel/accommodation has a spa and a reception desk please check in advance that external mobile massage therapists will be allowed into the building.

5. Missed appointments

When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you. Missed appointments prevent us from accommodating other clients. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment you booked.

6. Therapists Loyalty

Our work goes beyond connecting client and therapist. Home Visit Massage could not exist in its current form without the loyalty of our partnered therapists. This means our therapists are not allowed to give their own contact information. If you wish to make another appointment, our therapist will direct you either to our email address or phone number. We kindly ask you to respect the above and if possible notify us in case of a therapist negligence.

7. Boundaries & Professional massage only

At all times during your massage your wishes and boundaries are respected.
We provide professional health stimulating and relaxing massages only.

8. No massages in case of

On behalf of your health, there are no massages given if you have fever, flu, severe colds, contagious skin disease, vascular conditions, Severe inflammations, Serious heart conditions, extreme fatigue. No massages will be given in combination with the use of drugs, alcohol intoxication, antibiotics, and blood thinners. With severe menopausal symptoms please first contact your doctor.

9. Disclaimer

Home Visit Massage does not make any representations, conditions or warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title, compatibility, security, accuracy, non-infringement, or usefulness with respect to the product or services. We make no warranty, representation or condition that: (1) the services will meet your requirements; (2) the information, content, and data on the services are accurate; (3) your use of the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free; or (4) any errors in the services will be corrected.

You agree that any claims or causes of action arising out of any action or inaction of any therapists or customers, shall be exclusively between you and the therapist or customer (as applicable) and not home visit massage. The product and the services are provided “as is”. You agree to use the product and services solely at your own risk. You assume full responsibility and risk of loss resulting from your use of the services. We are not liable for any damages or harm attributable to the foregoing. You understand and acknowledge that home visit massage only provides a platform for communication between therapists and customers, and as such home visit massage disclaims any and all liability relating to your interactions with any therapist or other customers. Any representation made to you by any therapists are made solely at the discretion of the therapist and home visit massage has no obligation to monitor or validate, and shall not be responsible or liable in any way for, any representation or statements made to you by the therapists, you understand and acknowledge that Home Visit Massage shall have no liability to you for any statements or representations made by the therapists to you as a result of your use of the service.

10. Change in terms and conditions

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this Agreement or to modify or discontinue the Services offered by Home Visit Massage at any time. Those changes will go into effect on the effective date shown in the revised agreement. If we change this Agreement, we will give you notice by posting the revised agreement on the applicable website(s) or app(s) and/or by sending an email notice to you using the contact information provided by you. Therefore, you agree to keep your contact information up-to-date and that notice sent to the last email address you provided shall be considered effective. We also encourage you to check this Agreement from time to time to see if it has been updated.

We may require you to affirmatively acknowledge the updated Agreement before further use of the Services is permitted. However, by continuing to use any Services after the effective date of any modifications to this Agreement, you agree to be bound by such changes. If the modified terms are not acceptable to you, please cease using the Services.

11. No acceptance of terms & conditions

What to do if you don’t want to accept these terms? If you do not agree with all of the provisions of this Agreement, do not access and/or use the Services.
